Application for Phased Development Waiver

The City of Baltimore Department of Public Works is accepting public review and comments on this project’s application for a phased development waiver. If granted, the project will be granted waivers for qualitative and quantitative control based on the stormwater system constructed prior to May 4, 2010.

Project Description:

The project has an approximate area of 1.4 acres and is located in the Druid Heights Community at the intersection of Baker Street and Division Street.  The project will consist of construction of 14 new townhomes with associated parking.    

The Applicant is requesting a phased development waiver in accordance with Article 7, §23-5 of the City Code.  The project conforms to an existing stormwater management master plan, previously approved by this Division.
