The City of Baltimore Department of Public Works is accepting public review and comments on this project’s application for a qualitative control and quantitative control waivers.

Project Description: The project has an approximate area of 0.614 acres and is located north east of  the intersection of O’Donnell Street and South Macon Street. The project will consists of a new one story commercial building,  parking lot, and associated streetscape improvements. 

The Applicant has demonstrated that on-site water quality control is not practicable. The Applicant will satisfy the water quality controls for this project by payment of fee-in-lieu of on-site stormwater management for 0.107 ac of this project.
