The City of Baltimore Department of Public Works is accepting public review and comments on this project’s application for a redevelopment waiver. If granted, the project will still need to provide water qualitative controls, per the requirements of the State’s Design Manual.

Project Description: The project has an approximate area of 56.73 acres and is located southeast at the intersection of Cromwell Street and West Peninsula Drive. The project will consist of the installation of a multi-use field, baseball field, and associated parking and utility improvements. 

The Applicant is requesting a redevelopment waiver in accordance with Article 7, §23-7 of the City Code.  The existing impervious area coverage meets the conditions for this waiver.  The project will provide water quality control utilizing existing on-site stormwater management facilities to satisfy the requirements of this waiver for the 13.84 ac limit of disturbance for this project.
