The City of Baltimore Department of Public Works is accepting public review and comments on this project’s application for a qualitative control and quantitative control waivers.

Project Description: The project has an approximate area of 0.151 acres and is located north-east at the intersection of Linden Avenue and Whitelock Street. The project will consist of the New Development of a 5,500 sf three-story building addition for a community neighborhood center. 

The Applicant is requesting a qualitative control waiver in accordance with Article 7, Division II, §23-2 of the City Code. The Applicant has demonstrated that on-site water quality control is not practicable for a portion of the project site. The Applicant will satisfy the remaining water quality controls requirements for this project by payment of fee-in-lieu of on-site stormwater management for 0.033 ac of this project.

AND

The Applicant has demonstrated an increase in impervious area of 0.141 acres. The Applicant will satisfy the quantitative controls requirements for this project by payment of fee-in-lieu of on-site stormwater management for 0.141 ac of this project.
