The City of Baltimore Department of Public Works is accepting public review and comments on this project’s application for a qualitative control waiver.

Project Description:  The project has an approximate area of 0.99 acres and the projected area predominantly lies from Fulton Ave to I-83 between North Ave and Druid Park Lake Dr. with the exception of Morris St. The project will consist of the upgrade of additional conduit (pipe) lines and their associated services. 

The Applicant is requesting a qualitative control waiver in accordance with Article 7, Division II, §23-2 of the City Code.  The Applicant has demonstrated that the 0.99 Ac. of the project will return the disturbed area to a predevelopment runoff condition. The applicant will not be required to provide qualitative controls for 0.99 ac of this project.
