The City of Baltimore Department of Public Works is accepting public review and comments on this project’s application for a qualitative control waivers.

Project Description:  The project has an approximate area of 2.36 acres, and is surrounded by the following streets: E. Federal St, Edison Hwy, E. Biddle St, and N. Milton Ave. The project will consist of cleaning and lining, and rehabilitation of water mains.

The Applicant is requesting a qualitative control waiver in accordance with Article 7, Division II, §23-2 of the City Code.  The Applicant has demonstrated that 2.36 acres of the project will return the disturbed area to a predevelopment runoff condition. The applicant will not be required to provide qualitative controls for 2.36 acres of this project.
