The City of Baltimore Department of Public Works is accepting public review and comments on this project’s application for a qualitative control waiver.

Project Description: The total property area is 14.44 acres, with an L.O.D. approximate area of [0.75] acres and is located along the north side of East Biddle Street approximately 1500’ East of its’ intersection with Edison Highway. The project will consist of Milling and paving the entire parking lot.  This is a Parking Lot Maintenance project.  It will be necessary to re-construct a 0.75 ac. Portion of the parking lot, thus, the 0.75 acre Limit of Disturbance. 

The Applicant is requesting a qualitative control waiver in accordance with Article 7, Division II, §23-2 of the City Code.  The Applicant has demonstrated that the 0.75 ac of the project will return the disturbed area to a predevelopment runoff condition. The applicant will not be required to provide qualitative control controls for 0.75 ac of this project.
