The City of Baltimore Department of Public Works is accepting public review and comments on this project’s application for a qualitative control waiver.

Project Description: The project has an approximate area of 206.97 acres and is located at the intersection of Western-Run Drive and Clarks Lane. The project will consist of the upgrade and replacement of an existing underground gas distribution main and its associated services. 

The Applicant is requesting a qualitative control waiver in accordance with Article 7, Division II, §23-2 of the City Code.  The Applicant has demonstrated that the 0.67 Ac. of the project will return the disturbed area to a predevelopment runoff condition. The applicant will not be required to provide qualitative control controls for 0.67 ac of this project.
