The City of Baltimore Department of Public Works is accepting public review and comments on this project’s application for a qualitative control waiver.

Project Description: The project has an approximate area of 11.44 acres and is extends from N. Bentalou St. east to N. Payson St. between W. Mulberry St. and W. Lexington St. The project will consist of the upgrade and replacement of an existing underground gas distribution main and its associated services. 

The Applicant is requesting a qualitative control waiver in accordance with Article 7, Division II, §23-2 of the City Code.  The Applicant has demonstrated that the 0.14 Ac. of the project will return the disturbed area to a predevelopment runoff condition. The applicant will not be required to provide qualitative control controls for 0.14 ac of this project.
