The City of Baltimore Department of Public Works is accepting public review and comments on this project’s application for a redevelopment waiver. If granted, the project will still need to provide water qualitative controls, per the requirements of the State’s Design Manual.

Project Description: The project has an approximate area of 0.99 acres and is located Southwest at the intersection of Insulator Drive and East Cromwell St. The project will consist of bike path that will proceed off of East Cromwell St., under the Hanover Street Bridge, and connect with West Cromwell St. 

The Applicant is requesting a redevelopment waiver in accordance with Article 7, §23-7 of the City Code.  The existing impervious area coverage meets the conditions for this waiver.  The Applicant will satisfy the water quality controls for this project by use of offset bank credits, for 0.99 ac of this project.
