Project Description: The project site, located in Baltimore City, is located at Frankford Avenue at the intersections of Corse Avenue and Hamilton Avenue. The project site will provide improvements to lane use and traffic control to enhance safety and operations. The project site has an area of 1.08 acres and will disturb 0.38 acres.

The applicant is requesting a redevelopment waiver in accordance with Article 7, §23-7 of the City Code. The existing impervious area percentage meets the existing imp. area>40% condition for this waiver. The project site will provide >50% impervious area reduction to satisfy the requirements of this waiver for the project.
