The City of Baltimore Department of Public Works is accepting public review and comments on this project’s application for a qualitative control and quantitative control waivers.

Project Description: The project has an approximate area of 3.6 acres and is located  on: Chedwoth Lane, Stafford Road, Atholwood Lane, S. Chapelgate Lane, Random Road, Coventry Road, Overton Street, Westland Avenue, Parkton Street, Brisbane Road, Queensgate Road, Williston Street, Vancouver Road, Gibson Road, Beechfield Avenue, Cedar Garden Road, Parkton Street, Eldone Road, Long Island Avenue, Stafford Street, S. Wickham Road, Colleen Road, S. Beechfield Avenue, Cedar Garden Road, Thornfield Road, and Parkton Street. The project will consist of water main replacement and cleaning and lining of water mains in the subject areas with the replacement of some water house connections from the street to the meter only.

The Applicant is requesting a qualitative control waiver in accordance with Article 7, Division II, §23-2 of the City Code.  The Applicant has demonstrated that the 3.60 ac of the project will return the disturbed area to a predevelopment runoff condition. The applicant will not be required to provide qualitative control controls for 3.60 ac of this project.
