SECTION XIII:  TRANSPARENCY

In the interest of providing transparency to the public on the use of the design-build project delivery method, the Executive Committee shall:

Provide on an annual basis, not later than August 31^st, a description and the status of all projects using design-build, information regarding minority- and women-owned business participation on each project, as well as implementation or policy challenges and recommendations related thereto.

On a quarterly basis, convene an advisory committee or public meeting of stakeholders from the contracting, architectural and engineering community and other interested parties, to hear from those stakeholders regarding policy and implementation challenges and opportunities with regard to design-build project delivery.
