Application for Redevelopment Waiver

The City of Baltimore Department of Public Works is accepting public review and comments on this project’s application for a redevelopment waiver. If granted, the project will still need to provide water qualitative controls, per the requirements of the State’s Design Manual.

Project Description: Project B85 has an approximate area of 0.123 acres and is located southeast of the intersection of N Fulton Ave and W Lafayette Ave.  Project I97 has an approximate area of 0.212 acres and is located southeast of the intersection of N Fulton Ave and W Lanvale St.  Project V121 has an approximate area of 0.229 acres and is located southeast of the intersection of N Fulton Ave and Edmonson Ave.  Project W122 has an approximate area of 0.224 acres and is located southeast of the intersection of N Mount St and Edmonson Ave. All projects will consist of impervious removal within the inner block parks.

The Applicant is requesting a redevelopment waiver in accordance with Article 7, §23-7 of the City Code.  The existing impervious area coverage meets the conditions for this waiver.  The project will provide impervious area reduction to satisfy the requirements of this waiver for 0.788 ac of this project.
