Project Description:

The project has an approximate area of 0.755 acres and is located at the end of Gulley Road. The project will consist of a single-family residence with a microbioretention facility.

The Applicant is requesting a qualitative control waiver in accordance with Article 7, Division II, §23-2 of the City Code. The Applicant has demonstrated that on-site water quality control is not practicable for 0.059 acres of this project. The Applicant will satisfy the water quality controls for 0.059 acres of this project by payment of fee-in-lieu of on-site stormwater management for approximately 0.059 acres of this project.
