Project Description:

The project has an approximate area of 2.4 acres and is located northwesterly at the intersection of Walters Avenue and The Alameda. The project will consist of the construction of a one-story, 8,640 SQ. FT., Medical Care building with associated parking on an existing paved parking area.

The Applicant is requesting a redevelopment waiver in accordance with Article 7, §23-7 of the City Code. The existing impervious area coverage meets the conditions for this waiver. The project will provide water quality controls (microbioretention facility and a 48” Pre-treatment Pipe with “Bayfilter” cartridge, impervious area reduction (0.03 Ac+/- reduction) to satisfy the requirements of this waiver for 0.377 ac of this project.
