Project Description:

The project has an approximate area of 11.1 acres and is located 1,400 feet south from University Parkway to West 30th Street. The project will consist of 4,500 ft of stream restoration with surcharge wetland and slope failure stabilization.

The Applicant is requesting a qualitative control waiver in accordance with Article 7, Division II, §23-2 of the City Code. The Applicant has demonstrated that the 11.1 ac of the project will return the disturbed area to a predevelopment runoff condition. No impervious cover is proposed within the project area and the proposed project intends to maintain or improve water quality. The applicant will not be required to provide qualitative control controls for 11.1 ac of this project.
