The City of Baltimore Department of Public Works is accepting public review and comments on this project’s application for a qualitative control and quantitative control waivers.

Project Description:

The project has an approximate area of 0.57 acres and is located at the following roads and intersections thereof: W. Lexington St., N. Calverton Rd., N. Warwick Ave., Wheeler Ave., N. Smallwood St., N. Bentalou St., Vine St., N. Payson St., N. Pulaski St., N. Monroe St., W. Fayette St., Gorman Ave. & W. Fairmount Ave. The project will consist of gas utility installation upgrades.

The Applicant is requesting a qualitative control waiver in accordance with Article 7, Division II, §23-2 of the City Code. The Applicant has demonstrated that the 0.57 ac of the project will return the disturbed area to a predevelopment runoff condition. The applicant will not be required to provide qualitative control controls for 0.57 ac of this project.
