Project Description: |
The project has an approximate area of 9.67 acres and is located East at the intersection of Vera Street and Chesapeake Ave. The project will consist of constructing a new automobile storage lot. The Applicant is requesting a redevelopment waiver in accordance with Article 7, §23-7 of the City Code. The existing impervious area coverage meets the conditions for this waiver. The project will provide impervious area reduction as well as a wet swale to satisfy the requirements of this waiver for 3.48 ac of this project.
