Project Description: |
The project has an approximate area of 1.3 acres and is located at the northeast corner of the intersection of Park Heights Avenue and Taney Road. The project consists of new development for construction of 20 residential duplex units (10 structures), with associated paving for parking and sidewalks. The Applicant is requesting a variance in accordance with Article 7, Division II, §23-4 of the City Code for approximately 0.07 acre of this project. The Applicant has demonstrated that 1.21 acre of the project will have water quality and quantity control provided. The applicant will not be required to provide qualitative control for 0.07 acre of impervious area associated with this project which is unable to be drained to the SWM facilities.
