The project has an approximate area of 0.87 acres and is located at 2nd St, 3rd St, 4th St, 5th St, 6th St, 7th St, Ascension St, Audrey Ave, Baltic Ave, Benhill Ave, Brady Ave, Bridgeview Rd, Brooklyn Ave, Cambria Ave, Carbon Ave, Ceddox St, Cereal St, Chearaton Rd, Cherry Hill Rd, Cherry St, Cherryland Rd, Church St, Curtis Ave, Cypress St, E Jeffrey St, E Patapsco Ave, E Pontiac Ave, Elmtree St, Everett St, Fairhaven Ave, Filbert St, Hazel St, Hillview Rd, Inner Cir, Jack St, Larue Sq E, Lily Ave, Locust St, Magnolia Ave, Pennington Ave, Popland St, Potee St, Roundview Rd, S Hanover St, Seagull Ave, Seamon Ave, Southland Ave, Spruce St, Sun St, Swale Ave, Tate St, Terra Firma Rd, Townsend Ave, W Bristol Ave, W Patapsco Ave, Washburn Ave. The project will consist of repairing and replacing sanitary sewer mains. The Applicant is requesting a qualitative control waiver in accordance with Article 7, Division II, §23-2 of the City Code. The Applicant has demonstrated that the 0.87 ac of the project will return the disturbed area to a predevelopment runoff condition. The applicant will not be required to provide qualitative control controls for 0.87 ac of this project.
