Project Description: |
The project has an approximate area of 2.66 acres and is located at the following roadways: The Alameda, Ivanhoe Ave, E 41st St, Cator Ave, Old York Rd, Dumbarton Ave, Wyanoke Ave, Ellerslie Ave, E 38th ST Parkwyrth Ave, Elkader Rd, Frisby St, Argonne Dr, E 39th St, Pen Lucy Ave, Chestnut Hill Ave, 37th St, Mc Kewin Ave and Lowndes Ave. The project will consist of rehabilitating water mains. The Applicant is requesting a qualitative control waiver in accordance with Article 7, Division II, §23-2 of the City Code. The Applicant has demonstrated that the 2.66 ac of the project will return the disturbed area to a predevelopment runoff condition. The applicant will not be required to provide qualitative control controls for 2.66 ac of this project.
