The City of Baltimore Department of Public Works is accepting public review and comments on this project’s application for a quantitative control waiver.

Project Description:

The project has an approximate area of 1.75 acres and is located at the intersection of Lovegrove, 33rd St. and St. Paul St. The project will consist of mixed use building of retail, living spaces and a garage and site pedestrian and roadway improvements.

The Applicant is requesting a Quantitative Control Waiver in accordance with Article 7, §23-1 of the City Code. The Applicant has demonstrated that 0.29ac of the project directly discharges to a public storm system that can accommodate the anticipated stormwater flows from the project site without downstream flooding or stream-bank erosion. The applicant will not be required to provide quantitative control for 0.29 ac of this project.

The Applicant has demonstrated that on-site water quality control for 8.511 cf of this project is not practicable. The Applicant will satisfy the water quality controls for this project by providing 2, 489 cf and payment of fee-in-lieu of on-site stormwater management for 0.28 ac of this project.
