Project Description:

The project has an approximate area of 5.43 acres and is located in the Gwynns Falls Sewershed. The project will consist of the inspection and cleaning of the Maidens Choice Pressure Sewer, installation of an access structure and the realignment of sewers in the Uplands Area along with a stream restoration. All disturbed areas will be restored in kind.

The Applicant is requesting a qualitative control waiver in accordance with Article 7, Division II, §23-2 of the City Code. The Applicant has demonstrated that the 1.09 ac of the project will return the disturbed area to a predevelopment runoff condition. The applicant will not be required to provide qualitative control controls for 1.09 ac of this project.
