Application for Phased Development Waiver: Project Apollo

The City of Baltimore Department of Public Works is accepting public review and comments on this project’s application for a phased development waiver. If granted, the project will be granted waivers for qualitative and quantitative control based on the stormwater system constructed prior to May 4, 2010.

Project Description:

The project has an approximate area of 2.437 acres and is located south at the intersection of Port Covington Drive and Cromwell Street. The project will consist of interior renovations of an existing retail building, converting to office space, parking lot and site beautification.

The Applicant is requesting a phased development waiver in accordance with Article 7, §23-5 of the City Code. The project conforms to an existing stormwater management master plan, previously approved by this Division.
