Project Description: |
The project has an approximate area of 0.55 acres and is located northwest of the intersection of West Franklin and North Carey Streets. The project will consist of removal of existing impervious surfaces and replacement with turf and sidewalk. The Applicant is requesting a redevelopment waiver in accordance with Article 7, §23-7 of the City Code. The existing impervious area coverage meets the conditions for this waiver. The project will provide impervious area reduction to satisfy the requirements of this waiver for 0.31 ac of this project.
