Project Description: |
The project has an approximate area of 8.7 acres and is located northwest at the intersection of Chespeake Ave and Fairfield Road. The project will consist of demolition of the site in prepararation for a future development for an auto terminal. The Applicant is requesting a redevelopment waiver in accordance with Article 7, §23-7 of the City Code. The existing impervious area coverage meets the conditions for this waiver. The project will provide impervious area reduction to satisfy the requirements of this waiver for 2.05 ac of this project.
