The City of Baltimore Department of Public Works is accepting public review and comments on this project’s application for a quantitative control waiver.

Project Description:

The project has an approximate area of 0.04 acres and is located on the east side of Pennington Ave at Cabin Branch. The project will consist of the installation of a four inch gas service.

The Applicant is requesting a Quantitative Control Waiver in accordance with Article 7, §23-1 of the City Code. The Applicant has demonstrated that 0.04 ac of the project has a direct, concentrated discharge of stormwater to tidal waters. The applicant will not be required to provide qualitative control controls for 0.04 ac of this project.

The Applicant is requesting a qualitative control waiver in accordance with Article 7, Division II, §23-2 of the City Code. The Applicant has demonstrated that 0.04 ac of the project will return the disturbed area to a predevelopment runoff condition. The applicant will not be required to provide qualitative control controls for 0.04 ac of this project.
