Project Description: |
The project has an approximate area of 8.84 acres and is located at the CSX Curtis Bay Rail Yard. The project will consist of grading, filling, and drainage associated with constructing a new railroad track. The Applicant is requesting a qualitative control waiver in accordance with Article 7, §23-2(1) of the City Code. The project will return the land use to preconstruction conditions.
