Project Description:

The project has an approximate disturbed area of 1.91 acres and is located on the Moravia Park Upper School Campus, southwest of the intersection of Frankford Road and Force Road. The project will consist of pavement removal and construction of walkways, planting beds, lawn and a grass playing field. The Applicant is requesting a redevelopment waiver in accordance with Article 7, §23-7 of the City Code. The existing impervious area coverage meets the conditions for this waiver. The project will provide impervious area reduction to satisfy the requirements of this waiver for 1.91 acres of this project.
