The City of Baltimore Department of Public Works is accepting public review and comments on this project’s application for a phased development waiver. If granted, the project will be granted waivers for qualitative and quantitative control based on the stormwater system constructed prior to May 4, 2010.

Project Description: |
The project has an approximate disturbed area of 0.42 acres and is located on the south side of W. Lake Ave. at the intersection with Lakehurst Drive. The project will consist of a single-story 8,000 square foot cafeteria addition to the existing Smith Hall classroom building on the Lower/Middle School campus. The Applicant is requesting a phased development waiver in accordance with Article 7, §23-5 of the City Code. The project conforms to an existing stormwater management master plan, previously approved by this Division.
