Project Description: |
The project will consist of replacing existing water mains with new water mains. The project has an approximate area of 5.569 acres and is located in the following roadways: Falls Road from 36th St. to 41st St. and portion of Hickory, Buena Vista, Union, Elm, Conduit, Morling, Chestnut and Weldon Avenues. The Applicant is requesting a qualitative control waiver in accordance with Article 7, Division II, 23-2 of the City Code. The Applicant has demonstrated that the 5.569 acre project will return the disturbed area to a predevelopment runoff condition. The Applicant will not be required to provide qualitative control controls for this project.
