Project Description:

The project has an approximate area of 0.23 acres and is located southwest at the intersection of Kemper Road and Boxhill Lane. The project will consist of two pairs of duplex and one single house (previously approved as a duplex).

The Applicant has demonstrated that on-site water quality and quantity control is not practicable. The Applicant will satisfy the water quality and quantity controls for this project by payment of fee-in-lieu of on-site stormwater management for 0.23 ac. this project.
