Project Description: |
The project has an approximate area of 0.45 acres and is located approximately 3100 feet southeast of the intersection of Broening Highway and Keith Avenue. The project will consist of work necessary to repair a portion of collapsed seawall along Colgate Creek. The Applicant is requesting a qualitative control waiver in accordance with Article 7, Division II, §23-2 of the City Code. The Applicant has demonstrated that the 0.45 ac of the project will return the disturbed area to a predevelopment runoff condition. The applicant will not be required to provide qualitative control controls for 0.45 ac of this project.
