Project Description: |
The project has an approximate area of 0.86 acres and is located along East Cold Spring Lane from Hillen Road easterly to Grindon Avenue. The project will consist of digging up and replacing the existing 12-inch diameter water main in East Cold Spring Lane prone to frequent failures with a new 12-inch diameter water main. The Applicant is requesting a qualitative control waiver in accordance with Article 7, Division II, §23-2 of the City Code. The Applicant has demonstrated that the 0.86 ac of the project will return the disturbed area to a predevelopment runoff condition. The applicant will not be required to provide qualitative control controls for 0.86 ac of this project.
