Project Description:

The project has an approximate area of 2.6 acres and is located at the Quarantine Road Landfill. The project will consist of construction of a force main and non-potable water main. Two 6 inch HPDE pipes will be built from a new vault to the existing leachate pond, a distance of approximately 3,550 feet. There will be two cleanout vaults on these pipelines. There will also be a non-potable water line.

The Applicant is requesting a Qualitative Control Waiver in accordance with Article 7, §23-2 (1) of the City Code. The Applicant has demonstrated that 2.6 acres of the project will return the disturbed area to a predevelopment runoff condition. The applicant will not be required to provide qualitative control controls for 2.6 acres of this project.
