Project Description:

The project has an approximate area of 2.15 acres and is located at the following roadways: Old Harford Rd, Westfield Ave, Northern Parkway, Sefton Ave, Pinewood Ave, Glenoak Ave, Carter Ave, Royston AveN Rosedale St, Westwood Ave, N Longwood St, W North Ave, Poplar Grove St, Presbury St, N Dukeland St, and Presstman St. The project will consist of replacing water mains and house connections as necessary at several locations.

The Applicant is requesting a qualitative control waiver in accordance with Article 7, Division II, §23-2 of the City Code. The Applicant has demonstrated that the 2.15 acre project will return the disturbed area to a predevelopment runoff condition. The applicant will not be required to provide qualitative control controls for 2.15 acres of this project.
