Project Description:

The project has an approximate area of 2.30 acres and is located in the street in the blocks of 1500-1800 Patapsco St, 1700 Marshall St, 1700 Olive St, 1600 Race St, 1st block of E & W Heath St, 1st block of E & W Barney St, & 1500-1800 S Charles St. The project will consist of water main replacements or relocations in the street and a few replaced water house connections from the street to the meter only.

The Applicant is requesting a qualitative control waiver in accordance with Article 7, Division II, §23-2 of the City Code. The Applicant has demonstrated that the 2.30 ac of the project will return the disturbed area to a predevelopment runoff condition. The applicant will not be required to provide qualitative control controls for 2.30 ac of this project.
