Project Description:

The project has an approximate area of 10.92 acres and is located in the street in the blocks of 300 & 400 Diamond St, 400 George St, 500 Jasper St, 700 & 800 Linden Ave, 600 N Eutaw St, 400 Greene St, 300-600 N Paca St, 600-800 Park Ave, 500 & 600 W Pennsylvania Ave, 400 Pierce St, 600-800 Ploy St, 700 Tyson St, 100 Centre St, 400-600 W Franklin St, 100 & 200 W Madison St, 100 & 200 W Monument St, 400 & 500 W Mulberry St, & 400 & 500 W Saratoga St. The project will consist of water main replacements or relocations in the street and a few replaced water house connections from the street to the meter only.

The Applicant is requesting a qualitative control waiver in accordance with Article 7, Division II, §23-2 of the City Code. The Applicant has demonstrated that the 10.92 ac of the project will return the disturbed area to a predevelopment runoff condition. The applicant will not be required to provide qualitative control controls for 10.92 ac of this project.
