Project Description:

The project has an approximate area of 0.53 acres and is located south of E. Patapsco Ave and east of Curtis Avenue in the Curtis Bay area of Baltimore City. The project will consist of the installation of two lift stations and associated force main pipes for transferring additional stormwater collected on-site to a stormwater retention pond for treatment and processing for reuse applications.

The Applicant is requesting a qualitative control waiver in accordance with Article 7, Division II, §23-2 of the City Code. The Applicant has demonstrated that the 0.53 ac of the project will return the disturbed area to a predevelopment runoff condition. The applicant will not be required to provide qualitative control controls for 0.53 ac of this project.
