Project Description:

The project has an approximate area of 0.38 acres and is located north of the intersection of I-95 with Washington Boulevard. The project will consist of repair and cover of an existing exposed 26 inch and 4 inch gas main.

The Applicant is requesting a qualitative control waiver in accordance with Article 7, Division II, §23-2 of the City Code. The Applicant has demonstrated that the 0.38 ac of the project will return the disturbed area to a predevelopment runoff condition. The applicant will not be required to provide qualitative control controls for 0.38 ac of this project.
