Project Description:

The project has an approximate area of 0.78 acres and is located on the southwest corner of the intersection of East Old Cold Spring Lane and Underwood Road. The pumping station will be completely rehabilitated and the water pumping capacity increased. The existing chlorination storage building and chlorination station buildings will be demolished. Several new pipelines and vaults will be constructed. A new Switchgear/ Chlorine Storage building will be constructed. New electrical transformers will be outside the Switchgear/Chlorine Storage building

The Applicant has demonstrated that 0.78 acres of the project directly discharges to a public storm system that can accommodate the anticipated stormwater flows from the project site without downstream flooding or stream-bank erosion. The applicant will not be required to provide quantitative control for 0.78 acres of this project.
