Project Description: The project has an approximate area of 0.27 acre and is located east at the intersection of Annapolis Road and Russell Street. The project will consist of installation and maintenance of utilities for sanitary sewers.

The Applicant is requesting a qualitative control waiver in accordance with Article 7, Division II, §23-2 of the City Code. The Applicant has demonstrated that the 0.27 ac of the project will return the disturbed area to a predevelopment runoff condition. The applicant will not be required to provide qualitative control controls for 0.27 ac of this project.
