The City of Baltimore Department of Public Works is accepting public review and comments on this project’s application for a qualitative control waiver.

Project Description: The project involves the streets of an entire neighborhood. The project area is bounded by Graceland Avenue (to the North), Holabird Avenue (to the South), Delvale Avenue (to the East) and Imla Avenue (to the West). The project will consist of the replacement of approximately 14,820 linear feet of gas main. The size of the gas mains to be replaced varies, but will be 6” diameter and smaller in order to meet the BGE’s GARP program criteria.

The Applicant is requesting a qualitative control waiver in accordance with Article 7, Division II, §23-2 of the City Code. The Applicant has demonstrated that the 0.3 acre of the project will return the disturbed area to a predevelopment runoff condition. The applicant will not be required to provide qualitative control controls for 0.3 acre of this project.
