The City of Baltimore Department of Public Works is accepting public review and comments on this project’s application for a qualitative control waiver.

Project Description: The project has an approximate area of 0.92 acres and is located approximately 250’ southeast from the intersection of Cooks Lane and Forest Park Avenue. The project will consist of the proposed installation of approximately 500’ of 26” gas main for the purpose of upgrading the existing BGE main.  

The Applicant is requesting a qualitative control waiver in accordance with Article 7, Division II, §23-2 of the City Code.  The Applicant has demonstrated that the 0.92 acres of the project will return the disturbed area to a predevelopment runoff condition. The applicant will not be required to provide qualitative control controls for 0.92 acres of this project.
