The City of Baltimore Department of Public Works is accepting public review and comments on this project’s application for a qualitative control waiver.

Project Description: The project has an approximate area of 1.24 acres and is located from the intersection of Quad Ave and North Point Rd to the intersection of Rolling Mill Rd and North point Rd. The project will install 2300 linear feet of 36” force main along with associated structures.  

The Applicant is requesting a qualitative control waiver in accordance with Article 7, Division II, §23-2 of the City Code.  The Applicant has demonstrated that 1.24 ac of the project will return the disturbed area to a predevelopment runoff condition. The applicant will not be required to provide qualitative control controls for 1.24 ac of this project.
