The City of Baltimore Department of Public Works is accepting public review and comments on this project’s application for a phased development waiver. If granted, the project will be granted waivers for qualitative and quantitative control based on the stormwater system constructed prior to May 4, 2010.

Project Description: The project has an approximate area of 3.16 acres and is located south east of the intersection of Andre and Beason Streets. The project will consist of approximately 55 townhomes, streets, alleys, pedestrian paths and open space.
The Applicant is requesting a phased development waiver in accordance with Article 7, §23-5 of the City Code. The project conforms to an existing stormwater management master plan, previously approved by this Division.
The Applicant is requesting an administrative waiver in accordance with Article 7, §23-8 of the City Code. The project received preliminary approval before May 4, 2010, and therefore meets the conditions for this waiver.
