Applicant: Baltimore City Mayor and City Council 100 N. Holliday St, Baltimore MD 21202

Project Description: The Baltimore City Department of Public Works is proposing to replace the aging existing underground water main pipelines with ductile iron pipelines. Streets affected include: Keswick Rd. from 33rd St. to Sisson St.

In order to meet the 2007 Baltimore City SWM Ordinance requirements for the proposed improvements, waivers for stormwater management water quality and quantity control are requested.
