March 14, 2014 (BALTIMORE, MD) — Baltimore City Department of Public Works (DPW) Director Rudolph S. Chow, P.E., today announced that DPW will be holding a special one day St. Patrick's Day sale on our popular yellow recycling bins. This is an opportunity to not just wear the green, but to be green by recycling.

Just for St. Patrick's Day, 3/17, our durable 18 gallon bins will be sold for just $3.17, almost $2.00 off the normal price. The popular 25-gallon bins will also be reduced in price to just $8.00. Lids for the larger bins will also be available for purchase.
When: Monday, March 17; 10 a.m. until 2 p.m.

Where: The lobby of the Abel Wolman Municipal Building, 200 Holliday Street.
If you come to the lobby during this period you will also receive a FREE "Kiss Me, I-rishcycle" sticker, suitable for your car, office, home or recycling bin.

St. Patrick was said to have chased the snakes out of Ireland. By recycling we can all chase the wastefulness out of trash disposal.
