Garbark reminds citizens that Veterans Day, Wednesday, November 11, is a City holiday.  DPW offices, yards and Community Collection Centers will be CLOSED.   Trash collections scheduled for Wednesday, will be collected on the make-up day, Saturday, November 14.

DPW Continues to Evaluate Recycling Operations Community Collection Centers Now Open on Saturdays

Baltimore City Department of Public Works (DPW) is continuing to evaluate its ability to resume curbside recycling collections. “National health reports indicate that the COVID-19 virus is beginning to surge. Some contributing factors to the surge include individuals moving from congregating outdoors to indoors. Out of an abundance of caution, DPW will not resume curbside recycling collections at this time,” Acting DPW Director Matthew W. Garbark announced today.
